WATERFRONT

The interior design of The Waterfront has been conceived as a natural extension of its architecture — a seamless continuation of the same commitment to material quality, warmth and timeless living that defines the project from the outside in.

Each villa is designed using a palette of natural tones and tactile finishes. Warm oak flooring, soft linen textiles and carefully selected stone surfaces create spaces that feel both refined and comfortable.

Living areas are oriented towards light and landscape, with double-height volumes and full-height glazing that blur the boundary between inside and out. A carefully considered lighting scheme allows the atmosphere to shift naturally from day to evening.

Each bedroom has been designed as a calm and individual retreat. Neutral backdrops are combined with moments of character, whether through a panelled feature wall in deep coastal blue or a bathroom finished in richly textured herringbone stone.

Bathrooms and leisure spaces follow the same design language, ensuring consistency in both materials and detailing throughout the home.

The result is a cohesive interior where every space — from the most open living areas to the most private rooms — feels carefully considered and connected.
